Math Learn & Play

    Short version: Math Learn & Play does not collect, store on servers, or share any personal data.
    The app works fully offline, and everything stays on your device.
  

1. Information We Collect

None. Math Learn & Play requires no account, no sign-up, and no email address. We do not collect:

Personal information (names, photos, emails, phone numbers, addresses)
Location data
Contact information or access to your device's contacts, camera, microphone, or files
Analytics, usage tracking, or advertising identifiers
Any information from or about children

2. Data Stored on Your Device

To provide the learning experience, the app saves the following only locally on your device (using the device's built-in local storage):

Game progress: completed levels, points, stars, and achievement badges
Arcade mini-game records: best scores and number of plays for each mini-game
Learning progress: completed lessons and lesson scores
App preferences: selected theme

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted, uploaded, sold, or shared with anyone — including us.

3. Voice Narration

Lessons are read aloud using the app's bundled audio files and the text-to-speech voice already installed on your device. No text you see or draw is sent anywhere.

4. Internet Connection

Math Learn & Play is designed to work completely offline. The only network request the app may make is to load display fonts from Google Fonts when an internet connection happens to be available. This standard request exposes your device's IP address to Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The app is fully functional without any connection.

5. Children's Privacy

Math Learn & Play is built for children ages 4–11 and is fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR-K, and similar laws — because it collects no personal information from anyone, including children. No behavioral data profiling, no ads, no external links, and no chat or social features exist in the app.

6. Advertising & Third Parties

The app contains no advertisements and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data lives on your device, you can erase it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings (Android: Settings → Apps → Math Learn & Play → Clear data) or by deleting and reinstalling the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy in a future version of the app, we will update this page and the effective date above. Any material change that introduces data collection will only be made with clear disclosure and, where required by law, parental consent.
